Apricot Chutney


This is an old recipe from a dear neighbour that I have treasured. Sharp & hot. Irresistible with cheese & meats or with a curry.

Made in small batches with NZ Central Otago apricots, aged for 12months then re-boiled & bottled. Amazing!
