Our small Christmas cakes make the perfect Christmas present. These tasty little beauties are 10cm across and 6cm deep and weigh 450 grams.
Our fruit cakes are handmade with the best selection of dried fruit and nuts available, quality butter, flour, spices, French brandy and free range eggs.
The fruit is soaked in brandy for two weeks or more to allowing the flavours to develop. The fruit is then warmed to absorb the brandy and spices are added. The cake is then mixed by hand and slowly baked in a well lined tin.
Straight from the oven the top of the cake is drenched in more brandy, wrapped in tinfoil and a pure cotton cloth and left for 24 hours to cool.
Finally the cakes are then carefully hand wrapped, sealed and placed in a cool storage area for a minimum of 2 months.
Mixed dried fruit (sultanas, raisins, currants, mixed peel, glacé cherries), wheat flour, butter, free range eggs, brown sugar, apple, Brandy, golden syrup, almonds, mixed spice (coriander, cinnamon, pimento, ginger, cassia, nutmeg, cloves)

Store in a cool dark place.
Once opened store in a sealed container.
