The bitter Seville orange is the most traditional and arguably the finest marmalade fruit of all. Great marmalade was, and still is, a luxury product, as it is so time consuming to make. No matter how good the manufacturer, the finest marmalade cannot be mass produced, as it must be made in very small batches to achieve great flavour, texture and colour.

Our Seville orange marmalade is made in small batches with our own Seville oranges. No other citrus fruit is added, producing a marmalade that is crystal clear with a bright orange colour tasting intensely of orange.

Ingredients: Spray free Seville oranges, sugar, filtered water.
