Just to let you know that the parcel arrived on time and in good shape. Unfortunately our friend seems to have gone on holiday overseas without telling us, so we may be forced to eat her one as well. Your baking is just amazing. Loved the Dutch ginger cake, enjoyed the spice biscuits and as for the fruit cake, it retains its reputation as the best fruit cake we have ever eaten!! Thank you again. I would like to tell you the cake Christmas we bought from you was absolutely beautiful. Its the second one we have had and it was moist and fruit and as good as the ones my mother made. I got the round medium one.As a result we have eaten it and are missing it already. When is the best time to order a Christmas cake and a pudding. Thank you again. You are doing a great job.
